SOME ADDONS NOT RESPONSIVE

Hello,
I have some issue with addons which is notr responsive. The popover for example. When I change in the front-end in mobile view even the computer view change. (I don't understand why I have to enter 200px in X transform for the image to be in the middle ?) The same in the back-end. I change the size of font in the mobile mode and i changes in the computer view.
Can you help me please ?
